My approach to patient care is to be a caring and compassionate provider who is approachable and down to earth. It is vital for patients to be able to authentically communicate their questions and concerns, whether they are physical, psychological, social or spiritual; frequently these concerns are interrelated. I also place a high importance on being an attentive listener. It’s valuable for patients to feel “heard” and validated. Also, it is through this process that I can best sort out the source of the problem and in turn devise a practical and methodical plan that promotes healing and wholeness.
